Sunday Program

We  have decided to reschedule our Mindfulness Meditation Program to make it more  eventful to everyone. Hence, from February 21, 2016 we have set up a newly arranged  program on Sundays and no more on Saturdays. The new program would be as follows:
  • Day - Every Sunday
  • Yoga Session - 4:00 PM (simple Yoga exercises for all ages by an internationally reputed Yoga teacher. 
  • Mindfulness Meditation - 5:00 PM (non-sectarian, non-ritual meditation theory and practice open to all individuals)
  • Chanting & Puja - 6:00 PM (Traditional Theravada Sutra chanting in Pali and Deva Puja for interested individuals and groups)
