- Day - Every Sunday
- Yoga Session - 4:00 PM (simple Yoga exercises for all ages by an internationally reputed Yoga teacher.
- Mindfulness Meditation - 5:00 PM (non-sectarian, non-ritual meditation theory and practice open to all individuals)
- Chanting & Puja - 6:00 PM (Traditional Theravada Sutra chanting in Pali and Deva Puja for interested individuals and groups)
Sunday Program
We have decided to reschedule our Mindfulness Meditation Program to make it more eventful to everyone. Hence, from February 21, 2016 we have set up a newly arranged program on Sundays and no more on Saturdays. The new program would be as follows:
